Colin and Sue are amazing, the first night we arrived, we couldn't find an open restaurant. They were gracious enough to make us dinner. This place made us feel at home. Good boy Finn was a delight. Would definitely come back again!

A fabulous couple of days. Your hospitality is top notch and our room was lovely. Breakfast was very tasty and as for the cakes a lovely touch. We loved the setting, great for star spotting and also the wildlife. Had hoped to see otters but they weren't playing, seals on the other hand well they sang us a song! Thanks again for a brillant couple of days.

For us both it was a wonderful experience to stay at Sue's and Colin's place. It's was quiet, the view is amazing, we enjoy our breakfast every day! The location is nice and invites for a walk to explore it. I hope Colin and Sue will continue for a long time, so that a lot of people enjoy it!

From the first minute we are arrived we felt like being "family" vacancy. Colin and Sue are so attentive to details and to guests needs. We've really appreciated your surprise on a special day and your "thoughts" delicious sweets before getting to bed. Breakfasts were like for a king, room cosy and clean. Our stay has been 10!

Our stay was wonderful! Great size room. The sheets smelled so clean which was so satisfying. So close to the lighthousewhich is what we wanted to see on this side of the island! Thank you.

We've loved our stay here at Sgarbh Lodge. I chanced upon this booking and it's been the most incredible find. Sue and Colin are lovely hosts. Their attention to detail is beyond compare. We found ourselves under the weather and couldn't interact as much with our lovely hosts, but we hope to be back in the future. The Isle has been the perfect place to recuperate and enjoy our honeymoon. Thank you, Sue and Colin for all your kindness and for the delicious vegan breakfasts and goodies.

When we arrived at Sgarbh Lodge we were greeted with the warmest welcome, an incredible view of an amazing sunset directly from our lovely room and lovely vegan brownies - it was the best start to our holiday in Scotland we could have wished for! In the morning we enjoyed the most perfect vegan breakfast. Thank you so much for a great stay - we will come back for sure.

What surprised us in the most pleasant way upon coming here was how you run your B&B with kindness, joy in your hearts and smiles on your faces, Only that way could you have thought of all the little details that make Sgarbh Lodge such a unique place - the lovely mugs, plates and coasters, the beautiful lamp shades and art on the wall. Your hospitality over the past three days as inspired us to open our home and our hearts to people when we return to Prague. From the very beginning you have made our visit to Skye & stay with you a beautiful experience. Our room was gorgeous & with a spectacular view of the sea, The food is amazing & the portions fabulous, as a hearty breakfast was needed for all the walking we've done! Thankyou also for all the extra washing up of flakes etc.

This is our first trip to Skye (and Scotland). The landscape is truly breath taking. Colin and Sue were the perfect hosts. Enjoyed a hike out to Neist Point (a must-see!). and Dunvegan Castle, Could have easily spent 1 - 2 weeks exploring the island... that just means we'll have to come back. Now on to Oban.

Thank you for the great stay in your home. The view was amazing. The beautiful walk to the lighthouse would not be possible without you! Nothing feels better as when you come back and there waiting cakes or cookies for you! In the morning we stand up relaxing with a mahhh. On the last afternoon we saw dolphins far away.

We are very happy to have found this beautiful accommodation. The stay was way too short, Sue and Colin are very warm and attentive hosts! The breakfast - perfect also vegan - very delicious. The best we enjoyed in 10 days on Skye. The pastries delicious, the "rooms with a view" very clean, comfortable and with fascinating view over the bay.

We have so enjoyed our stay hear a Sgarbh Lodge in such peaceful surroundings, with such wonderful hosts Sue and Colin. Fantastic breakfasts to set us on our way each day and a very comfortable room. The home baking was truly scrumptious and the maps & guides really useful in helping us to plan our days on what was my first visit to Skye. Mustn't forget Finn and Charlie, pets - it was great to meet you!

A quaint cottage with amazing views & personal touch to each detail in the rooms. Our hosts have welcomed us with your cakes and cookies and of course not to forget their loving dog! A wide variety of coffees, teas and home made fresh breakfast made the stay ever so welcoming! Thanks again Colin and Sue for making it ever so special.

After a long drive down increasingly precarious roads, dodging (the world's most adorable) sheep left & right, we arrived to this most stunning view & good heaven's! - out of this world delectable lemon drizzle cake. It was well worth the drive! We had loved staying here. Finding the jem has just made our vegan honeymooning hearts absolutely sing. It always feels silly to say thank you for existing but, really, thank you for existing! Wonderful food, absolutely Olympian (as in Zeus) view! What an intro to Skye - we'll be spoiled forever.
